Conference registration

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

After registration go to the ONERA payment platform

Registration fees include :
Access to the conference & posters sessions, Coffee breaks and Social events

* Full registration: 800 € HT - 880 € TTC (including VAT) 

* Student registration**:  500 € HT - 550 € TTC (including VAT)

** During the registration process, students will be asked to send a proof of their status.

*** Accompanying person - Social events additionnal tickets: 150€ (including VAT) 

Social events:

* Tuesday, 18 June from 7:30 Conference dinner - Salle Jeanne Laurent (5 minutes walk to The Palais des Papes)

* Thursday, 20 June fro 15:00 - Tour to les Baux de Provence 

Invitation Letters

If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, contact communicationmip@onera.fr  by email:

In your email, provide the following information:

• Complete name
• Mailing address
• Accepted paper number (if applicable)
• Accepted paper title (if applicable)
• Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application

We cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend SCTC 2024. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.
