Special issue IEEE-TPS

As per SCTC tradition, a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science will be published based on the papers presented at the conference.

The authors of papers are invited to submit the manuscripts to the TPS-IEEE website at https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tps-ieee

Please select "Special Issue on the 17th Spacecraft Charging Technology Conference" at the step 1 of the submission form.

At the step 6, in the cover letter, please mention the original title of your conference paper art the SCTC.

All the papers will undergo the standard IEEE-TPS review process and this Special Issue will be overseen by Senior Editor for Space Plasmas, Prof. Earl Scime.

Important dates related to the special issue :

• Last date for initial submission: Mar. 1, 2025 
• Final approved version due to IEEE: Jul. 1, 2025 
• Special issue publication date: Oct. 1, 2025
